Job summary

Collective Healing Centre is seeking a Contract Registered/Provisionally Registered Psychologist to provide direct clinical services to clients, including intake assessments, diagnosis within scope, and individual, couple, and family therapy.

You will develop treatment plans, deliver evidence-based interventions, and maintain documentation while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team in a trauma-informed, culturally responsive environment.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in somatic approaches, with the ability to apply evidence-based and client-centered approaches in clinical practice.
• Counselling skills across individuals, couples, and families.
• Competence in Psychological Assessment, including intake interviews, risk assessment, and treatment planning.
• Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology or related field with registration with the College of Alberta Psychologists.
• Experience with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship issues, life transitions, and emotional regulation challenges.
• Commitment to equity, diversity, inclusion and culturally responsive, trauma-informed care.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with ability to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness for ongoing professional development, supervision or consultation, and adherence to ethical/regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical services including intake and assessments, diagnosis within scope, individual, couple, and family therapy.
• Develop treatment plans and deliver evidence-based interventions.
• Maintain clear, accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and participate in case consultations.
• Contribute to an inclusive, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive environment.
• Support group programming, community outreach, and wellness initiatives aligned with the Centre’s mission.
