Job summary

Marlboro Energy Ltd. is seeking an experienced Heavy Oil Contract Operator to manage and operate single and multi-well batteries and water disposal sites. This hands-on role requires mechanical aptitude, self-motivation, and a commitment to safety in the heavy oil sector.

Ideal candidates will have at least 7 years of oil operating experience, with 2+ years on heavy oil batteries. The position offers a full-time, in-person schedule with a 7 days on/7 days off rotation and competitive

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Heavy Oil Contract Operators, with minimum of 7 years experience, to manage and operate sweet cold flow heavy oil single well batteries, multiwell battery and water disposal sites. This is a hands-on role for someone who is mechanically inclined, self-motivated, and eager to work in the heavy oil sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor single well heavy oil batteries and water disposal sites.
• Operate multi-well battery.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor mechanical repairs on equipment as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and operational regulations.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and elevate when necessary.
