• Experience cross-functional collaboration with legal and business stakeholders and managing multiple contracts and priorities.
• Experience with CLM or contract management systems required.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a broad range of commercial agreements (MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, vendor, services, procurement, tech, and software).
• Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle: intake, drafting, negotiation, approvals, execution, renewals, amendments, and administration.
• Partner with legal, procurement, sales, finance, IT and other teams to address contractual risks and business requirements.
• Support contract operations and process improvements: templates, playbooks, clause libraries, workflows, procedures.
• Utilize CLM and contract management systems to improve visibility, workflow, reporting and compliance.
• Track obligations, renewals, terms, and other data to support contract management.

Job description

We are currently seeking Contract Managers to work with our clients at some of the world’s largest technology, financial services, healthcare, retail, consumer goods, and professional services companies.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing and negotiating commercial contracts, with a background in one or more of the following areas: commercial contracting; technology, SaaS and software agreements; procurement and vendor contracts; contract lifecycle management (CLM); or contract operations. Candidates do not need experience across all areas.

Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a broad range of commercial agreements, including MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, vendor, supplier, services, procurement, technology, SaaS, and software agreements.
• Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including intake, drafting, negotiation, approvals, execution, renewals, amendments, and contract administration.
• Partner with legal, procurement, sales, finance, IT, and other business teams to address contractual and commercial risks, obligations, and business requirements.
• Support contract operations and process improvement initiatives, including templates, playbooks, clause libraries, approval workflows, and contracting procedures.
• Utilize and support CLM and contract management systems to improve contract visibility, workflow efficiency, reporting, and compliance.
• Track contractual obligations, renewals, key terms, and other contract data to support effective contract management.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in contract management, commercial contracting, procurement contracting, or technology contracting.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements and managing contracts throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Experience working cross-functionally with legal and business stakeholders and managing multiple contracts and priorities.
• Experience with CLM or contract management systems required.

Compensation:

The estimated total compensation for full-time Axiom attorney roles is $114,000-250,000 per yearand for non-attorney roles is $64,000-201,000 per year. Compensation decisions are based on various factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, certifications, location, and business needs.
