The mandate of the Rail Construction Program is to transform, develop, grow, and sustain Ottawa’s Light Rail Transit Systems as part of the City’s overall transportation strategy.
You will be responsible for interpreting, administering, and enforcing contractual agreements related to the Rail Construction Program, serving as a primary contact and expertise on contractual compliance, managing relationships with management, project leads, and external contractors, resolving issues, and recommending policy changes.
Desirable Qualifications include knowledge of systems such as SCADA, CCTV, CTS, PIDS used in Rail Systems.
