Bruce Power is seeking a Section Manager, Contract Management to lead a team of specialists and drive consistent contract practices across projects. The role supports procurement readiness, execution, and closeout, with emphasis on risk management and supplier performance.

The successful candidate will oversee contracts through the lifecycle, collaborate with multiple functions, and provide leadership within a regulated nuclear environment. Hybrid onsite work is available at the Ontario site.

Qualifikationen

• Four-year university degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Construction Management, Project Management, or related discipline.
• Progressive experience in contract management, procurement, commercial management, or supply chain.
• Demonstrated leadership experience coaching and leading teams in complex projects.
• Experience managing contracts across full lifecycle: planning, award, mobilization, execution, change management, closeout.
• Experience in nuclear power or highly regulated industries preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and performance management for Contract Management Specialists.
• Oversee contract lifecycle activities: procurement readiness, mobilization, execution, delivery assurance, and closeout.
• Monitor contract performance, risks, and supplier issues; escalate as needed.
• Prepare portfolio-level reporting, risk assessments, and executive summaries for senior leadership.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with Project Delivery, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Legal.
