Bruce Power is seeking a Contract Management Specialist to lead contracts from readiness and award through execution and closeout, ensuring obligations are met and risks are managed. You will work with Project Delivery, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Procurement teams to support strategies and successful project execution.

The role requires reviewing scopes of work, schedules, and commercial terms, coordinating clarifications, and delivering timely status updates.

Qualifikationen

• Four-year university degree or higher in a related discipline.
• Six to eight years of progressive contract management experience.
• Experience managing contracts through full lifecycle (procurement planning to closeout).
• Experience with cross-functional teams and regulated industries (nuclear, energy, infrastructure).
• Familiarity with supplier performance monitoring and contract changes is an asset.

• Coordinate procurement strategies and contract documentation with multiple stakeholders.
• Review proposals, schedules, and commercial terms; clarify execution risks.
• Plan contract kick-off, mobilization, and set clear obligations.
• Maintain visibility of supplier performance, delivery schedules, and milestones.
• Identify risks and coordinate mitigation, recovery, and escalation.
