Job summary

Dexterra Group in Canada is seeking a Human Resources Generalist for a 6 to 9 month contract. You will provide day-to-day HR support across multiple business units nationwide, handling recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, HRIS administration, reporting, and employee relations under the HR Director.

The ideal candidate has a two-year HR diploma or equivalent, proficiency with Dayforce and MS Office, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Two years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Dayforce.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support across Canada.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, offboarding and HR documentation.
• Manage HR systems, reporting and employee relations initiatives.
• Support audits, compliance and HR projects as assigned.
