KW Habilitation is hiring a Direct Support Professional to support adults with developmental disabilities in daily living, community participation and health and wellness. The role includes promoting skills, delivering person-centred care and implementing individualized routines with safe lifts and transfers.

KW Habilitation is a local not-for-profit organization that provides a wide range of individualized services and supports to children with any special need and adults with developmental disabilities. We support individuals to live a fulfilling life which is fostered through preschool and early learning supports, respite services, residential services, community participation, and employment supports.
Successful candidates will provide a range of supports and services to adults with a developmental disability in the areas of community participation, life skill development, activities of daily living, health and wellness, as well as transportation.

This position requires access to a personal vehicle to transport to the location. The location is in the country and is not within walking distance of a bus route.
Monday-Friday biweekly rotation (7am-3pm, 1pm-9pm) and every 4th weekend (8am-4pm)
Start Date: As soon as possible
End Date: April 16, 2027
Rate of Pay: $25.38 – $28.20
