Job description

STV is seeking a Contract Control Specialist for our PM/CM group in NYC.

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with strong accounting/finance skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with large teams. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Review and process contractor invoicing according to company and client guidelines.
  2. Ensure all documents meet standards in quality and compliance.
  3. Manage and maintain controlled documents, including processing and recording revisions.
  4. Input document data into standard registers, ensuring accuracy and currency.
  5. Support Project Managers and teams with document control and distribution tasks.
  6. Maintain confidentiality around sensitive documentation.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and Bluebeam/Adobe Acrobat.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of 5 years of full-time experience in project management, design, construction, operations, administration, or related fields.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience with public agency contract administration is a plus.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • A self-starter with a proactive, results-oriented mindset and a strong sense of responsibility.

Compensation Range:

$60,151.50 - $80,202.00
