Job summary

Husky Technologies TM is seeking a skilled assembler for a temporary/contract role. You will assemble, fit, and install components to form complete machines, read engineering drawings, and ensure quality and on‑time delivery.

The position requires the ability to work rotating shifts and commute to Bolton, Ontario. Responsibilities include using hand and power tools, performing inspections, and supporting safety and housekeeping standards on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years relevant experience in manufacturing.
• Education includes high school or post-secondary in mechanics, hydraulics and/or electrical.
• Experience reading engineering drawings, blueprints, schematics and diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, fit, and install parts to form machines and related equipment.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics to determine assembly procedures.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments to verify tolerances.
• Operate material-handling equipment safely (cranes, hoists, forklifts).
• Inspect components against bills of material and engineering requirements.
• Prepare machines for shipping or retrofit when needed.
• Adhere to health, safety, and lockout/tagout procedures.
• Collaborate with team to meet production schedules and quality goals.
