Job Details

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Reporting
  • - Collect, clean, and analyze contract data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • - Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key clauses, and business terms related to procurement activities.
  • - Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual contract reports for internal stakeholders.
  • - Participate in reporting, ongoing enhancement efforts and the daily maintenance/operations of Innomar contracting lifecycle system.
  • - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver insights and further develop contracting strategy
  • - Development of clause repositories and trackers related to key contracting terms
Contract Analysis & Management
  • - Review and analyze procurement contracts to ensure terms and conditions are favorable and compliant with company policies.
  • - Maintain a centralized repository of all procurement contracts and related documents.
  • - Monitor contract performance and compliance, addressing any issues or discrepancies in collaboration with senior team members.
Project Management
  • - Assist in the planning and execution of contract projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
  • - Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and specifications for procurement initiatives.
  • - Track project milestones and deliverables, providing regular updates to the procurement team and management.
  • - Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

Minimum Skills, Knowledge and Ability Requirements:

  • - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • - 1-3 years of experience in procurement, contract analysis, or a related role.
  • - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate business problems and apply knowledge to identify appropriate solutions
  • - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • - Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • - Solid teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • - Strong knowledge of computers to operative effectively with Word, Access and Outlook
