The typical salary range for this position is $46 440.00 - $54 180.00 annually. The base salary offered will be determined based on the candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and internal equity considerations.

To make our operations in food stores more efficient, Metro is setting up a continuous improvement team whose mandate will be to identify and implement initiatives aimed at improving our operational excellence to better serve our customers. Whether it involves implementing technological solutions or revising ways of doing things, the continuous improvement team will work in collaboration with the operations teams of our banners (Metro Quebec, Metro Ontario, Super C, Food Basics, Adonis) to simplify and improve the experience of our customers and employees.
This position will work in collaboration with a multi-departmental team, and will perform the management, analysis, and measurement of transformation and continuous improvement projects within our banners.
