Job summary

Jobtailor on Burnaby-based operations seeks a motivated professional to lead Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives across the production floor, logistics, and planning functions. You will map processes, run cycle-time studies, build dashboards, and deliver training for operations teams to raise KPI performance.

Focus is on hands-on coaching, data-driven decisions, and applying 5S and CI tools to drive safety, efficiency, and cost reductions in a collaborative team setting.

  • Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
