Fossil Group is seeking Contingent Retail Associates to help deliver exceptional guest experiences and support store operations on a flexible, as-needed basis. You will bring energy and enthusiasm to the sales floor, helping customers discover Fossil’s product assortment while upholding brand standards.

These roles support the team during peak times, events, holidays, and other coverage needs, requiring adaptability, strong communication, and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for providing excellent customer experiences.
• Energetic, adaptable, and willing to jump in where needed.
• Ability to work flexible and on-call schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform store operational tasks.
