We are seeking a B2B content writer to join our content team. You will create blogs and content assets that help amplify our brand story as well as tackle business needs to create copy that converts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for words but also know how words and images can work side by side.

Please note that this role is a 6 month contract.

Responsibilities:

• Write and update clear, engaging blogs that convert
• Write clear, engaging copy for creative initiatives, campaigns, and projects
• Deliver a consistent voice, tone, and style of writing with every piece of copy
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, content creators, and graphic designers to produce high-quality deliverables
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand the HR and employee recognition space and company brand messaging
• Be metrics driven and measure the success of your work
• Understand and drive the use of company-approved AI tools for content creation
• Interact with internal teams directly, forming partnerships across multiple areas of the business, including Marketing, Delivery, Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams
• Manage writing deliverables within a tight deadline and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  
  

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a B2B content writer, with exceptional writing and proofreading skills
• Marketing experience crafting effective messaging strategies across channels
• Experience with SEO and applying SEO best practices into writing
• Strong project management skills, strong sense of ownership, and self-driven
• Must be comfortable working in a complex, fast-paced environment
• Must have strong proofreading skills and have great attention to detail
• Ability to multitask, prioritize workload and meet deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment
• Quick learner who is eager to learn more about the HR industry, employee engagement and Achievers
• Writing portfolio required
• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, English, or related field preferred
