We're seeking a Content Strategy Specialist to join our Content Marketing team in Vancouver, Calgary, or Toronto.
The CNE Content Team partners with teams across Clio-including Sales, Enablement, Partnerships, and Marketing-to lead content strategy, governance, and distribution. We ensure content is consistent, scalable, and aligned with business priorities, while optimizing how it's planned, produced, and delivered. Through the website, email, direct mail, events, guides, reports, and ads, we communicate Clio's value to prospects and customers at every stage of their journey.
The Content Strategy Specialist will be the operational hub of our content engine. You are a systematic, process-driven professional with a passion for bringing clarity and efficiency to a fast-paced content ecosystem. With 3-5 years of experience in content operations or a related field, you have a deep appreciation for content governance and understand how a well-oiled machine fuels business growth. You are a natural collaborator and communicator, skilled at working with various teams to ensure content is consistent, effective, and easily discoverable. You don't just manage content; you build the systems that make it successful.

The full salary range* for this role is $72,200 to $85,000 to $97,800 CAD. Please note salary bands may differ based on location and local currency. Additionally, benefit offerings may differ depending on the employee's location.
*We aim to hire all candidates between the minimum and the midpoint of the full salary range. We reserve the midpoint to the maximum of the salary band for internal employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at Clio. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on individual experience and skillset of the candidate. Please note there are a separate set of salary bands for other regions based on local currency.
