Are you a high-energy storyteller who knows how to make health and wellness content go viral? We are representing a dynamic, fast-growing healthcare technology organization that is revolutionizing how providers and patients connect across North America. This is an incredible opportunity to be the face and voice of a brand that is launching major social initiatives this spring, helping to bridge the gap between complex medical topics and engaging, digestible digital content.
As a Social Media Manager & Creator, you will work closely with the Creative Director and North American growth teams to build a cohesive brand story for both Canadian and US markets. You’ll be the primary engine behind their social presence, moving from scriptwriting to shooting to final edit. This role isn’t just about posting; it’s about using your unique voice to humanize the brand, support healthcare professionals, and engage a diverse community of members through authentic, short-form video.
Creative Autonomy: You will have the freedom to experiment with formats and hooks, essentially building the social department from the ground up starting this March.
Professional Growth: Gain deep exposure to the health-tech sector while receiving mentorship from a seasoned Creative Director and marketing team.
Impactful Work: Your content will directly support doctors and healthcare providers, making a tangible difference in how medical information is shared and consumed.
Tools for Success: You’ll have access to the latest hardware and software, from professional mics and cameras to the full Adobe Creative Suite and CapCut.
In this role, you’ll oversee the end-to-end production of short-form video content, including scripting, shooting, and editing "talking head" and UGC-style clips for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
You’ll lead the execution of a multi-platform social calendar, ensuring a consistent posting rhythm that balances educational content with behind-the-scenes storytelling.
You will collaborate across borders to unify brand messaging for both the US and Canadian markets, acting as a key resource for the North American sales and growth teams.
In your daily work, you’ll engage with a growing community of healthcare providers and members, using your energy and confidence to explain complex topics with warmth and clarity.
2–5 years of experience in social media management or digital content production, ideally with a background in Journalism, News, or Theatre.
A strong portfolio or personal social presence that demonstrates your ability to be both in front of and behind the camera.
Proficiency with modern editing tools such as CapCut and Adobe Creative Suite to produce high-fidelity, platform-native content.
"We’re looking for a dynamic, high-energy creator who isn't afraid to be the face of our brand. If you have a passion for storytelling and the confidence to take a raw idea and turn it into a compelling video that resonates with people, we want to meet you."
