Chatbase is building a premier content studio in Toronto, and we are hiring a producer who will own the end-to-end creation of content across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and more. The role sits at the heart of our GTM efforts and reports to the Head of GTM.

You will own ideas from concept to final cut to distribution, shooting and editing when needed, and you’ll have the freedom to double down on what works while discontinuing what doesn’t. In-office five days a week in downtown Toronto.

Qualifications

• Experience creating video content for social channels.
• Ability to edit videos or learn quickly with guidance.
• Strong understanding of current platform trends (TikTok, X, YouTube).

Responsibilities

• Lead the Chatbase content studio project from concept to final cut and distribution.
• Produce product launch videos and customer stories on location.

About the role

We’re building the greatest content studio Toronto has ever seen, and we’re hiring the person who’s going to live in it.

This role reports directly to the Head of GTM. Your priority is to grow the Chatbase brand across every content surface that matters: LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc. You’ll own the ideas and the execution, from concept to final cut to distribution.

You’ll work on projects like: product launch videos, customer stories filmed on location, founder content, paid social creative, and employee-generated content across the team. You’ll have the freedom to double down on what’s working and kill what’s not.

Who we’re looking for

• Terminally online. You know what’s working on each platform right now, not what worked last year.
• You instinctively save and bookmark good content, and you can explain why it’s good.
• Obsessed with AI and startups.
• Can shoot and edit, or close enough that you’ll get there fast.
