Job summary

TAC Group is seeking a creative Content Creator to bring our brands to life across sports, swimming, and STEAM education. You will shoot and edit engaging videos, craft compelling captions, and help grow our social media presence.

You'll produce short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook, manage content calendars, and collaborate with teams to tell stories that inspire and educate our audience.

Qualifications

• Experience with video filming and editing.
• Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software.
• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Creative eye for storytelling, composition, and visual design.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Photography, graphic design, and Canva experience are assets.
• Interest in sports, education, and youth development is an asset.

Responsibilities

We are looking for someone passionate about storytelling, sports, education, and digital media who can capture amazing moments, produce engaging videos, and grow our social media presence.

Key Responsibilities

Videography & Content Creation

• Film high-quality videos of sports camps, swimming lessons, STEAM programs, and special events.
• Capture engaging behind-the-scenes footage, testimonials, and promotional content.
• Develop creative concepts for short-form and long-form videos.

Video Editing & Production

• Edit engaging Instagram Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, and YouTube videos.
• Add music, captions, transitions, graphics, and effects.
• Transform raw footage into professional, compelling content.
• Organize and manage our video content library.

Social Media Management

• Create and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Develop weekly content calendars and campaigns.
• Write engaging captions and promotional posts.
• Monitor engagement, reach, and content performance.
• Help grow our online audience and brand awareness.
