Job summary

TAC Group is seeking a creative Content Creator to bring our brands to life through storytelling, sports, education, and digital media.

You will film high-quality videos of camps, lessons, and events, and edit for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube, while managing our social calendar.

Qualifications

• Experience filming and editing videos.
• Proficiency in CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or similar software.
• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube.
• Creative eye for storytelling, composition, and visuals.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Photography and graphic design assets are a plus.
• Interest in sports, education, and youth development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Videography and content creation for sports camps, swimming lessons, STEAM programs, and events.
• Capture behind‑the‑scenes footage, testimonials, and promotional content.
• Develop concepts for short‑form and long‑form videos.
• Video editing for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and YouTube.
• Add music, captions, transitions, graphics, and effects.
• Organize and manage the video library.
• Create and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Develop weekly content calendars and campaigns.
• Write engaging captions and promotional posts.
• Monitor engagement and content performance; grow online audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Videography & Content Creation- Film high-quality videos of sports camps, swimming lessons, STEAM programs, and special events.
• Capture engaging behind-the-scenes footage, testimonials, and promotional content.
• Develop creative concepts for short-form and long-form videos.
• Video Editing & Production- Edit engaging Instagram Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, and YouTube videos.
• Add music, captions, transitions, graphics, and effects.
• Transform raw footage into professional, compelling content.
• Organize and manage our video content library.
• Social Media Management- Create and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Develop weekly content calendars and campaigns.
• Write engaging captions and promotional posts.
• Monitor engagement, reach, and content performance.
• Help grow our online audience and brand awareness.

Qualifications
