Fairmont Banff Springs is seeking a seasoned culinary supervisor to join our luxury kitchen team. Reporting to the Chef de Cuisine, you will lead daily food preparation, uphold recipes and presentation standards, and mentor culinary staff.
Ideal candidates have 3–4 years of supervisory experience in a luxury kitchen, hold a Red Seal or Rouxbe credentials, and are proficient with Birchstreet inventory. This on-site role offers comprehensive benefits and staff accommodations.

Competitive Salary:$71,000-$73,000 gross annually, based on previous experience & education
