Job Description

Do you love working with people?

As a Consumer Banker, you will use your passion for customer service to support our customer's banking needs by completing a variety of teller transactions.

In this role, you will:

1. Work with a team to greet clients and answer their questions.
2. Resolve basic issues and pursue referral opportunities.
3. Learn skills and apply knowledge related to regulatory standards, policies, and procedures.
4. Help troubleshoot and minimize fraud-related situations for our customers.

Starting at $17/hour based on experience.

As a Consumer Banker 1:

• No banking experience required; retail experience welcomed!
• High School Diploma or equivalent and customer service experience.
• Cash handling experience is a plus.

As a Consumer Banker 2:

• High School Diploma or equivalent and customer service experience.
• 2 years related banking experience.
• Experience in sales or promotion of products and services is preferred.
