• Assists with price changes, feature sets and modular execution to maintain presentation standards.
• Provides sales floor coverage, supports recovery and zoning to keep the department customer-ready.
• Supports associate scheduling and ensures breaks align with coverage requirements.
• Trains and develops associates, delivering ongoing feedback to support performance and growth.
• Maintains safety, cleanliness and compliance by following company policies and completing safety checks.
