Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a polite and friendly manner.
• Promote products/services and assist customers with locating merchandise.
• Resolve customer issues and refer concerns to management when appropriate.
• Maintain salesfloor presentation by stocking and rotating merchandise and setting up displays.
• Ensure proper handling of claims and returns and maintain a safe work environment.
• Receive and stock merchandise and complete required paperwork and documentation.
• Refer service items to a Customer Service Manager as needed.
• Stock merchandise/picks and set up modulars and shelf caps.
