Walmart Canada is hiring a Consumables Associate to help stock and process merchandise on the sales floor and assist customers with their shopping needs. You will work as part of a team, maintain safe conditions, and contribute to a fast-paced retail environment in Saskatoon.

The role emphasizes friendly customer service, product promotion, and accurate merchandising while following company policies. Minimum pay starts at 15.85 USD per hour in a dynamic store setting.

Formación

• Minimum age 16 or older

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers in a polite and friendly manner.
• Assist customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and helping with purchase decisions.
• Resolve customer issues and refer concerns to management where appropriate.
• Maintain sales floor presentation by stocking/rotating merchandise, removing damaged goods, and setting up product displays with pricing.
• Ensure proper handling of claims and returns, secure merchandise, identify high shrink items and maintain a safe work environment.
• Receive and stock merchandise, operate equipment as needed, complete required paperwork and logging.
• Refer service and transactional items to a Customer Service Manager as required.
• Stock merchandise, apply product protection, and set up modulars and shelf caps.
