We seek Consulting Managers who excel in Project Execution, Expertise, Business Development, Practice Development, and People Development. Responsibilities include partnering with clients and stakeholders, applying technical and domain expertise, supporting business development, and fostering team motivation. Candidate Profile

We are looking for a highly skilled Sr. Consultant with 9-11 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, capable of providing expert guidance, streamlining processes, and contributing to project success. Deep understanding of financial principles and dynamic environment adaptability are essential.

Responsibilities

• Capital Markets experience, especially Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Client Onboarding
• Experience with Fenergo (Fen-E or Fen-X) application for Client Onboarding, including Data Mapping and validation across systems
• Understanding of Credit, Tax, Legal, AML, Document Management, and Sanctions implications in onboarding
• Knowledge of Client/Counterparty types (Legal Entity, Fund, Investment Manager, Branch, etc.)
• Proficiency with JIRA for writing detailed User Stories and managing Scrum processes
• Coordinate UAT testing and manage Defects
• Collaborate effectively with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Project Managers, Developers, and Testers
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially MS Visio
• Demonstrate personal leadership and foster a culture of excellence
