As a Consulting Director, Project Manager / Regulatory and Permitting, you will act as a leading expert in Canada, with capacity to conduct work in various jurisdictions across the country, primarily in western and northern Canada. The successful applicant will have experience with environmental effects analysis; the applicant must show an interest in applying knowledge and skills to help our clients solve complex challenges in the infrastructure or natural resource development sector—particularly in the renewable energy, transportation, oil and gas, or mining sectors—combined with a demonstrated understanding of applicable provincial/territorial and federal regulatory and permitting requirements. The successful candidate will become a senior member of ERM Canada’s Regulatory and Permitting team and will be connected with ERM’s global team of environmental and social experts.
This posting is designed for a resourceful, motivated person who enjoys problem-solving and leading teams within a challenging and fast-paced multi-stakeholder environment.

QUALIFICATIONS & DESIRABLE SKILLS:
This is a full-time position. During peak activity, there will be some overtime required, and meetings with clients may not strictly happen between 9-5 as we work with clients in a variety of time zones.
For the Consulting Director, Project Manager / Regulatory and Permitting (Director Level) position, we anticipate the annual base pay of $147,393 – $164,676 (CAD). An employee’s pay position within this range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. We also may have instances where employee’s fall outside of the range based on the factors noted above. This job may be eligible for bonus pay (casual and fixed term/flex force employees are NOT bonus eligible).
