Responsibilities

1. Support, configure, or customize Dynamics 365 to manage the full grant lifecycle, including program authoring, submission, assessment, approvals, awards, and analytics.
2. Diagnose and recommend solutions for functional and technical challenges in AMS.
3. Develop and troubleshoot C# .Net plugins in Dynamics 365.
4. Apply critical thinking to recommend effective solutions for issues and optimization.
5. Support integrations between Dynamics 365 and financial systems.
6. Develop Azure logic apps and functions using C# and .Net.
7. Work with enterprise developers and architects on programming languages and COTS products.
8. Define, develop, and present Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions for case management and other applications.
9. Engage with clients to support their systems, understand their needs, and demonstrate how MNP can help.
10. Collaborate with clients and project teams to analyze requirements and implement solutions.
11. Ensure smooth operations and proactive monitoring with the AMS team.
12. Design and support Microsoft .NET solutions leveraging Power Platform, ASP.NET, web services, Windows Forms, and mobile.
13. Design Dynamics CRM solutions using out-of-the-box features, configuration, customization, and third-party integrations.
14. Participate in Agile SCRUM projects, managing sprints, backlogs, and retrospectives.
15. Utilize collaboration tools such as DevOps and GitHub for project delivery.
16. Perform peer reviews and share knowledge within the team.
17. Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative environment.
18. Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to team growth.
19. Develop a thorough understanding of MNP's services, industry, and business.
20. Work within a team based on Eastern time zone, supporting clients across various time zones.

Skills and Experience

1. Experience in application support, enhancement, and development.
2. Ability to attain security clearance for public sector clients.
3. Experience with large government projects is preferred.
4. Technical expertise in case management solutions involving grant/license processes.
5. Post-secondary degree or 5-7 years relevant experience.
6. 3-5 years implementing CRM/D365 and Power Platform solutions.
7. Experience with North52 and other Microsoft technologies like SharePoint, Azure, Power Pages, RPA, AI.
8. Knowledge of both on-premises and cloud Dynamics D365 versions.
9. Understanding of full project lifecycle from requirements to testing.
10. Development experience with Microsoft technologies and custom development.
