Responsibilities

• Support multiple client systems as part of an AMS software development team.
• Manage incidents and queues using Jira, DevOps, or ServiceNow.
• Assist clients through walk-through sessions to validate defects and fixes.
• Create test scenarios for reported issues.
• Maintain open communication with clients daily.
• Capture requirements for new enhancements and change requests.
• Collaborate with DevTeam on change requests, considering business impacts and technical options.
• Participate in deployment validation, often off-hours.
• Potentially perform QA, training, documentation, and work coordination roles.
• Contribute to software development projects as needed.

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in consulting.
• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Technical background with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Configuration and .Net Development or similar ERP/CRM solutions.
• Experience in Business Analysis, including facilitating JAD sessions, creating use cases, workflows, and system requirements specifications.
• Familiarity with Agile development and DevOps.
• Ability to learn quickly, solve problems, and lead under tight deadlines.
• Desirable: Business Analysis certification, experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, software testing, and project coordination.
