What you will do:

  • Work independently and provide analytical & consultation work to Marketing to meet business objectives.
  • Provide Business as Usual support in target audience selection, hypothesis testing and statistically-proven experimental design, campaign list generation and performance reporting, customer profiling, post campaign analysis and insight delivery.
  • Assist the Manager in the analytical project intake process. Provide valuable insights to assist the integrated campaign measurement plan creation.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure agreements and commitments are fulfilled and deliverables are on time and error-free.
  • Provide guidance and assistance to junior Analysts when needed.
  • Develop robust and user-friendly Power BI reports and dashboards for campaign performance tracking or day-to-day business operations.
  • Lead routine report automation to minimize manual maintenance efforts.
  • Facilitate marketing LOBs in the adoption and implementation of customer segmentation, Marketing predictive models and analytical tools built by the team. Be an advocate and facilitator of the member-centric strategy.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Commerce, or Analytics.
  • 5+ years of analytics experience in campaign targeting, opportunity identification, hypothesis testing and experimental design (target vs. control), list generation, reporting, post campaign analysis with insights.
  • 5+ years of marketing analytics experience in retail, travel, insurance, CRM or loyalty.
  • SAS Certified Advanced Programmer (SAS 9).
  • 5+ years of SAS/SQL programming with large databases.
  • Highly collaborative with excellent communication and storytelling skills – a true bridge between data and business.
  • 5+ years of BI reporting and visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI or Tableau.
  • Knowledge of predictive modeling is an asset.
