What you'll be doing

You’ll be joining CIBC’s Simplii Financial QA team in CIBC’s Personal Banking Direct Financial Services Technology Group. You’ll be hands-on with all aspects of the systems testing process and provide suggestions that will ensure client needs are met with the highest quality. As a Senior Test Coordinator, you’ll lead the team on CIBC’s technology projects, assigning and overseeing test case execution and coaching team members. You’ll create test plans, develop strategies, and provide estimates to help create the bank of the future.

How you'll succeed

• Testing expertise: Lead investigation and translation of business requirements into test cases.
• Design and manage: End-to-end testing activities for various projects, ensuring quality products meet requirements.
• Leadership skills: Provide advice, feedback, support, and mentorship to your team. Proactively identify issues and suggest improvements.
• Project coordination: Identify obstacles or risks, provide status updates, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure deliverables align with project goals, timeline, and budget.
