Intact is seeking a Consultant, Reporting & Analytics to join the People Analytics team and drive HR data initiatives. You will deliver metrics from Workday and Power BI to support HR strategy and decision-making across the organization.

You will participate in data governance, build dashboards, and empower HR with tools and training. The role emphasizes collaboration with executives and cross-functional partners in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience with building reports in Workday and in business intelligence.
• Work experience in an HR role is an asset.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Bilingualism is required for candidates in Quebec.
• No Canadian work experience required, but must have authorization to work in Canada.

Salary range (but not limited to):

74,800 - 91,400

Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance):

7.5%

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

About the role

We’re looking for a Consultant, Reporting & Analytics to join our growing team!

As a member of the People Analytics function, you will play an important role in the delivery of metrics from Workday and Power BI that will support Intact’s HR strategy; one that is focused on creating an inspiring workplace where our colleagues can thrive, and top talent want to be a part of. Reporting to the Manager, People Analytics, your work will be guided by our three areas of focus :

• Data Governance: Elaborate processes to facilitate access to readily available quality HR data for HR and business leaders.
• Anticipate and solve complex business issues using an analytical approach.
• Empower HR to make data-driven decisions by providing the right tools along with ongoing support and training.

What you’ll do here:

What you bring to the table:

• University degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, data analysis, business analysis or human resources or any combination of training and experience deemed relevant for the role.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with building reports in Workday and in business intelligence, data analytics or HR analytics.
• Work experience in an HR role is an asset.
• Strong data analysis, data verification and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of a data visualization tool.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to present operational problems in a precise and concise manner to an audience, and to solve them effectively.
• Comfortable working with all levels of management and collaborate with various stakeholders and demonstrate excellent collaboration abilities.
• For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
• No Canadian work experience required, but must have authorization to work in Canada.
