Responsibilities

• Provide and lead strategic IT consulting services across various sectors, including IT Strategy, Business Alignment, Process Redesign, Solution Design, System Selection, Project Management, and IT Systems Optimization.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure compatibility with client-specific Sage Intacct configurations, ideally Sage Construction and Consolidations.
• Design and flowchart workflows for systems such as project/grant management, invoicing, revenue recognition, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting.
• Lead client data management initiatives to ensure data integrity during migration.
• Deliver consulting services including strategic planning, business and IT transformation, process improvement, and risk assessment.
• Manage complex projects, lead teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to client specifications.
• Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities, diagnose issues, and develop innovative solutions.
• Identify ways to maximize client relationships and deliver added value.
• Manage project financials, including resource allocation, budgeting, billing, and collections.
• Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations to communicate findings and project status.
• Understand client needs by analyzing their business environment and risks.
• Facilitate team collaboration, clarify roles, and manage project resources.
• Review work for accuracy, provide feedback, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Monitor project timelines, communicate status, and address discrepancies.
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to procedures.
• Promote MNP's services through presentations, articles, workshops, and community activities.
• Develop a strong understanding of MNP's services and industry.
• Engage in the business and IT community to expand networks.
• Contribute to proposal development and solution design.
• Support diversity and inclusion initiatives and promote a balanced, healthy work environment.

Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, technology, engineering, or related field.
• 1-3 years of IT consulting experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn Sage Intacct, experience with Sage is a plus.
• Experience in client accounting and project management.
• Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
• Certifications like PMP, Prince2, CBAP, Agile, CISSP, TOGAF, ITIL are assets.
• Strong analytical skills and passion for technology-driven solutions.
• Experience in IT strategy, transformation, process redesign, and project management.
• Proposal development experience is advantageous.
• Bilingual in French and English is a strong asset.
• Established network within the business and IT communities is beneficial.
• Willingness to travel as required.
