Job description

We're looking for a Disability and Leave Consultant to join our growing team!

As a Disability and Leave Consultant, you will participate in the application of the company's leave programs. This position reports to the Director, Disability & Leave and is part of the HR Operations team.

This is a temporary, full-time position ending December 31, 2026.

Here are some of the ways you'll make a difference :

Provide the HR community, managers and employees with expert advice and coaching when :

Employees are unable to work due to illness or injury and are on short- or long-term disability leave.

Employees require accommodation or ergonomic assessment related to a medical condition.

Employees plan leaves of absence, including retirement, personal, parental, maternity, paternity, adoption and other statutory leaves.

Work in partnership with external service providers.

What you bring to the table :

University education in a related field and a minimum of one (1) year of relevant work experience in disability and leave management.

Bilingual (French / English) - Need to interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country.

Strong ability to provide excellent customer service, while working remotely and with a diverse workforce.

Strong communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to influence others.

Good organizational and planning skills.

Be open-minded, agile and resilient, yet comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
