Turner & Townsend is recruiting a Consultant in Canada to help plan, coordinate, and monitor site visits and project data across real estate, infrastructure, energy, and natural resources sectors.
You will gather and validate data, prepare monthly monitoring reports for lenders, support schedule and cost tracking, and analyze market conditions. A university degree and 2–5 years of relevant experience are expected, with a hybrid work setup.

You are a self-starter who takes ownership of your work, enjoys solving problems, and is comfortable working with complex project information. You have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to translate large amounts of data into clear, actionable insights that support project delivery and client success.
You are an experienced Consultant with a minimum of 2-5 years post-graduate experience looking for the next step or are currently undertaking a similar role in a similar environment.

The base salary range for this full-time role is $75,000 - $90,000 per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package. Please note Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on candidate’s experience and qualifications.
