Pagnotta Inc. is seeking self-motivated construction workers for upcoming work in Edmonton, AB. Roles include labor duties with pathways to become a Labor Foreman, Carpenter Foreman, or Superintendent within 5–7 years.

Qualifications

• Steel toe boots required.
• WHMIS 2015 certification recommended (we can provide).
• CSTS 2020 Fundamentals helpful for those with less than five years experience (we can provide).
• Prior concrete, carpentry or general construction experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Assist trades with duties as needed.
• Inventory counting and management.
• Unloading and loading materials.
• Site cleanup and organization (housekeeping).
• Erect and dismantle scaffolding, temporary hoarding, guardrails.
• Dig trenches, cut concrete, snow removal, flagging, pour watching.
• Operate skid steer, zoom boom, AWP (training provided).
• Rigging as required.

Duties/ Responsibilities

Dependent on your background and experience, duties may include:

• Operate skid steer, zoom boon, aerialwork platform (internal training provided)

Working Conditions

• 44hours per week. Most shifts start at 7:00 am but hours may vary based on site requirements.
• Overtime and work on weekends as required.
• Long term, steady, year-round work
• Two paid 15-minutebreakand one ½ hour unpaid lunch break per day
• Combination of inside and outside work. Appropriate dress required.
• Working at heights.

Requirements
