Job summary

PATTAR SIDING & HARDY LTD. in Burnaby, BC is seeking a Construction worker who is self-motivated with good interpersonal skills.

The successful candidate will start as soon as possible for a permanent, full-time position with day, evening, weekend, flexible hours and morning shifts. Responsibilities include loading/unloading materials, erecting/dismantling forms and scaffolding, mixing and placing materials, assisting heavy equipment operators, and site cleanup.

Qualifications

• Must load, unload and transport construction materials.
• Must be able to erect/dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring and barricades.
• Must mix, pour and spread materials.
• Assist heavy equipment operators.
• Assist with rock drilling and blasting on sites.
• Remove rubble and debris from construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and transport construction materials.
• Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades.
• Mix, pour and spread concrete materials.
• Assist heavy equipment operators on site.
