WSP's Applied Solutions team is seeking a Construction Supervisor to lead ice road and environmental remediation projects across Northern Canada. You will oversee field construction activities, enforce safety, manage schedule and quality, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, Indigenous partners, contractors, and clients.

The Opportunity
Build the Future With Us – Join WSP's Applied Solutions team as a Construction Supervisor, Winter Access Construction & Environmental Remediation and play a critical leadership role in delivering complex environmental remediation and winter-road construction projects across Northern Canada.
This rotational position will support a major remediation program operating throughout the Northwest Territories, Yukon, and Nunavut. You will lead field construction activities in challenging remote environments, ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
Project work is anticipated from December 2026 through May 2027, with the possibility of extension or transition into a permanent role based on project requirements and business needs. Working alongside multidisciplinary teams, Indigenous partners, contractors, and clients, you'll help deliver environmentally responsible solutions that create lasting benefits for northern communities and ecosystems.
Rotations are typically 2 weeks on (plus travel) followed by 10 days off, with travel, accommodations, and meals provided while on assignment.

Compensation
AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $46.00 – $61.00
MB & ON: $42.00 – $57.80
NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $41.60 – $55.20
