Job summary

WSP Canada is seeking an Intermediate Construction Coordinator / Supervisor based in Yellowknife to lead mine closure and environmental remediation field programs across Northern Canada.   • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and field records using MS Office tools.
  • Foster strong communication and alignment across field teams and stakeholders.

As an Intermediate Construction Coordinator / Supervisor, you will play a key role in delivering complex field programs in challenging environments, helping ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality project execution.

Based in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories, this position requires travel to remote project sites and the ability to work in demanding outdoor conditions. It offers an excellent opportunity to combine your technical expertise with field leadership, contributing directly to environmental sustainability, responsible resource management, and the successful delivery of critical restoration projects.

Compensation
  • AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $39.70 - $52.60
  • MB & ON: $36.20 - $49.90
  • NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $35.90 - $47.60
