Job summary

SERVPRO is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee residential and commercial projects from start to finish. You will supervise job sites, crews, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring quality and on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of construction experience, strong leadership and communication skills, the ability to read plans and estimates, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction experience preferred.
• Previous experience as a Construction Superintendent, Foreman, or Project Supervisor preferred.
• Strong knowledge of residential and commercial construction.
• Ability to read plans, scopes, and estimates.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Basic computer and smartphone skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities and job-site operations.
• Manage crews, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Review plans, scopes of work, and project specifications.
• Monitor project schedules, progress, and completion dates.
• Inspect work to ensure quality and compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate materials, equipment, deliveries, and manpower.
• Maintain job-site documentation, photos, daily logs, and change orders.
• Communicate with customers, project managers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Identify and resolve job-site issues and delays.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site.
• Assist with estimates, material takeoffs, and project planning as needed.

Compensation
