Froude Management Inc. (FMI) is seeking a full-time Skilled Labourer to join our construction team in Vancouver. The role focuses on general labour duties, site support, and collaboration with carpenters, foremen, and other trades to deliver high-quality projects.

The successful candidate will be physically capable, reliable, punctual, and committed to safety, with basic tool familiarity and a readiness to learn on a fast-paced site.

Qualifications

• Construction or labour experience is preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and work with a team.
• Willingness to perform physically demanding tasks.
• Valid driver's license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labour duties to support site operations, including material handling, site cleanup, and assisting trades.
• Load, unload, and move construction materials and equipment as required.
• Assist carpenters, foremen, and superintendents with tasks as directed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Support site setup and teardown, including temporary protections and basic installations.
• Identify and communicate any site issues or safety concerns.
• Operate basic hand and power tools as needed.
