The City of Winnipeg is seeking a Construction Services Coordinator to oversee site inspection services for in‑house projects and capital works. You will ensure adherence to standards and contract documents, and manage the inspection team in a hybrid work setting.
Reporting to the Design & Construction Engineer, you will coordinate contract administration, represent the department on project issues, conduct safety inspections, and review drawings for compliance with municipal design standards.

Under the general direction of the Design & Construction Engineer, the Construction Services Coordinator is responsible for the site inspection services of in-house projects, as well as the construction and development servicing inspections required by the Department's various capital works and selected operations and maintenance programs. Provision of these services includes priorization and assignment of work, establishment of work standards, all of which to ensure successful and quality completion of constructed projects in conformance with accepted standards, procedures and contract documents.
