Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor or diploma in civil/construction engineering.
• Internships on construction projects are an asset.
• Significant construction project management experience.
• Interest in Primavera P6, MS Project or TILOS.
• Proficiency with Office 365.
• English fluency is an asset.
• Strong analytical skills and accuracy.
• Ability to communicate complex issues clearly.
• Teamwork and collaboration with stakeholders.
• Good judgment and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Work on one or two projects simultaneously.
• Help prepare project schedules and sequences.
• Develop CPM on projects.
• Draft assumption and progress notes.
• Advance schedules per project cadence.
• Coordinate with teams to integrate data.
• Set up visuals from schedule data.
• Monitor critical activities and risks.
• Attend weekly project meetings.
• Support resource loading and load curves.
• Participate in site visits and reviews.
• Report to Team Leader and seek improvements.
• Maintain communication with the team.
• Assist other Planning department activities.
