We are adding a Quality Control Assessor to our team. Reporting to the Director of Technical Services, this role involves performing site reviews of single-family and/or multi-family projects enrolled for home warranty during construction. You will evaluate construction quality and ensure practices adhere to provincial building codes and quality standards.
You will conduct construction reviews, assessments, and inspections to help assess risk and provide technical expertise during the claims process. This role requires regional travel and is considered a "remote worker" position, with visits to the branch as needed. A company vehicle will be provided for regional travel.
The salary range is $57,000 to $62,000, influenced by experience, skills, and location. We offer comprehensive benefits, including health benefits, disability insurance, RRSP matching, paid time off, bonuses, and commissions where applicable.
