Job summary

A leading construction firm is seeking an experienced Construction Project Supervisor for a rotational role in Ontario, Canada. The successful candidate will oversee site operations, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards while maintaining communication with clients and internal teams. Candidates must have proven supervisory experience in ICI construction and strong organizational skills. Travel accommodations for remote sites are provided.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of carpenter’s union practices and site compliance.
  • Comfortable working in rotational or remote environments.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and schedule requirements.
  • Maintain indirect contact with our client to ensure expectations are clearly understood and met.
  • Communicate with the Project Coordinator daily, providing updates and reports on progress, issues, and site needs.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, trades, and suppliers.
  • Monitor workforce performance and enforce site safety and union regulations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading site operations and maintaining direct communication with both clients and internal teams.

  • Type: Full-time rotational contract
  • Start Date: September 29th, 2025
Key Responsibilities
