Job summary

Bird Construction is seeking a Project Manager to lead total project delivery across planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring safety, quality, budget, and schedule adherence. You will drive planning, scheduling and performance, while managing prime and subcontracts and coordinating with the project team and stakeholders.

You will mentor staff, review costs for revenue opportunities, and provide regular financial and performance reports to senior management.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in safety, cost control and project delivery.
• Ability to read and interpret contracts, drawings, specs and schedules.
• Experience in general contracting or industrial projects.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and control activities during construction with the project team.
• Lead and develop project team members through feedback and coaching.
• Administer prime and subcontracts, including negotiation and award.
• Review costs and identify revenue opportunities throughout the project.
• Provide monthly/quarterly financial and performance reporting to senior management.
• Foster strong relations with clients, consultants, architects and subcontractors.
• Perform additional duties as required to ensure project success.
