Job summary

Autism Services in Regina is seeking a construction project manager to coordinate subcontractors, plan daily operations, and manage budgets. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, with an hourly wage of 35.00 to 45.00 CAD, negotiated at hire.

You will read blueprints, hire and supervise subcontractors, and prepare contracts while ensuring schedules meet milestones and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating subcontractors and preparing budgets.
• Ability to read blueprints and plans and negotiate changes.
• Technical certificate and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate subcontractor activities and plan daily operations.
• Prepare and submit construction budgets and schedules.
• Hire, supervise, and manage subcontractors on site.
• Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions as needed.
• Develop risk management plans and monitor progress.
