Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management (equivalencies will be considered).
• 5+ years of progressive experience in the construction industry as a Project Manager with progressive responsibility in the size and scope of projects.
• Strong verbal and written communication; excellent documentation and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall direction of assigned projects, manage costs, schedule, and quality assurance.
• Negotiate subcontracts, liaise with owners, engineers and trades, and manage technical and financial aspects of contracts.
