Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a project management role in construction.
• Engineering or architectural degree, or equivalent experience.
• Bilingual in English and French, strong written and spoken skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand technical parameters, execution strategy, and procurement of bids.
• Lead project kickoff and coordinate internal and client stakeholders.
• Plan, control, and supervise execution phases and milestones.
• Ensure cost control and profitability tracking; manage invoicing.
