Energy Jobline ZR is recruiting a Freelance Project Manager to lead Civil Engineering and Commercial Groundworks packages around Devon & Cornwall. The role is long-term with substantial site delivery and coordination responsibilities.

Requirements include SMSTS and CSCS, a strong background in commercial groundwork and civil engineering, and ideally EL1 security clearance. Competitive daily rate of £400-£500 Ltd Co.

FREELANCE ROLE - LONG TERM IN AND AROUND DEVON & CORNWALL

Circa £400 - £500per day Ltd Co Status

The Company enjoys working with blue chip main contractors for clients and has seen steady growth which is continuing. They have a lot of financial stability from an already mature client base with work available in core civil engineering and groundworks markets.

Covering civil engineering and groundworks across sectors including:

• Healthcare
• MOJ and MOD
• Commercial
• Industrial
• Technology
• Heavy industry

Project and works will typically include:

• Bulk excavation, ground remediation and piling
• Foundations and specialist tanking installation
• Retaining walls and sub-structures
• Reinforced concrete sub-structures
• Formwork installations
• Roads, Bridges, s278, s38 and related highways infrastructure
• External works, hard and soft landscaping

Requirements:

• SMSTS & CSCS cards
• Strong background in commercial groundwork's and associated civil engineering
• Ideally an EL1 security clearance but this can be applied for with ease.

Rewards:

Circa £400 - £500per day Ltd Co Status (depending on experience and level)
